The First 7 Days
From Contract Signed to First Day on Site.
Welcome & Kickoff Meeting
You'll receive a welcome packet with your dedicated PM's direct contact info, your project portal login, and a kickoff meeting invite. We confirm scope, timeline, and your communication preferences.
Pre-Construction Walkthrough
We walk the site with you, document existing conditions with photos, identify any final-decision items, and confirm site access logistics, parking, and storage areas.
Final Schedule & Allowances
You receive your detailed construction schedule, allowance tracking sheet, and selection deadlines. Every milestone is mapped — no guessing what comes next.
First Day on Site
Construction begins. You receive your first daily log: photos, who was on site, what was completed. The same format every day until we hand you the keys.
Communication Standards
You'll Hear From Us. Always.
Daily Logs
Photo and written summary of every active workday — sent automatically to your inbox.
Weekly Calls
Scheduled check-in with your PM. Same time every week. We come prepared.
Direct PM Line
Your PM's mobile number is yours. Text or call. We pick up.
Change Orders
Always in writing. Always before the work happens. Always signed by you.
